Before you ask — you asked.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Nope — most of our clients aren't. Leave a door code, a hidden key, or a garage code in your booking notes and we'll lock up when we're done. If you'd rather be home the first visit to walk the team through, we love that too.
What about my pets?
We're a pet-loving crew — dogs, cats, and the occasional parrot are all fine. If your pet is shy or excitable, just let us know where they'll be hanging out during the visit, and we'll work around them and make sure doors and gates stay closed.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No. Your team arrives with everything — vacuum, mop, cloths, and professional-grade products — down to the last microfiber. If you'd prefer we use a specific product you own (say, on a delicate countertop), leave it out with a note and we'll happily use it.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas in question, free — no forms, no debate. It's our 48-hour re-clean guarantee, and it applies to every clean we do.
